Before any of this, I spent nearly eight years as a land surveyor. Early mornings, field work, precision instruments. I was good at it, but I kept finding myself drawn toward something different.
In 2023 I found crypto and DeFi and could not stop learning. I joined ARC as a student and was coaching within the year. Eventually I led their Education program, helping hundreds of people understand how to navigate this space. That experience pulled me into development: building systems, creating projects, figuring things out from the inside out.
JZB Consulting grew out of all of that. I work one-on-one with service businesses to build their web presence and help them use the tools available today, without the overhead of an agency or the guesswork of figuring it out alone.
How I work

My background is a bit unusual for this space. I spent nearly eight years as a land surveyor before finding my way into crypto and DeFi. I joined ARCrypto as a student in 2023 and was coaching within the year. That led to directing their Education program, and eventually to building and developing my own projects. I love both sides of it: teaching people how things work and actually building them.
That combination is what I bring to every client engagement. I deliver everything one-on-one, with no subcontractors or handoffs. All services are provided under JZB Consulting, LLC, an Ohio-based limited liability company.
