I provide website design and development plus ongoing SEO and digital marketing for service businesses. Engagements are scoped around your goals and delivered directly by me. Do you offer ongoing SEO and marketing?
Yes. Many clients start with a website build and move into a monthly retainer for SEO, content, Google Business Profile work, and related marketing. Scope, deliverables, and reporting are defined before you commit. See the services page for how retainers are structured.
How long does a web project take?
Timeline depends on page count, content readiness, and scope. A focused single-page site can move faster than a multi-page build with custom sections. I agree on milestones and a realistic launch date during scoping, before work begins. See web development for process and examples.

How do discovery calls and booking work?
I encourage a discovery call before you purchase so I can confirm fit. After payment, work begins according to your agreed scope or retainer. Details are outlined on the How it works page and in the Terms of Service.
How much does it cost?
Web development is scoped per project and confirmed on your discovery call. SEO and marketing retainers are quoted monthly based on deliverables. There are no surprise fees: everything is confirmed upfront before work begins. See how web pricing works.
What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?
I ask for at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel when possible. Late cancellations, no-shows, and forfeits are described in the Terms of Service.
Do you offer refunds?
Most services are time-based or scoped deliverables, so sales are generally final. I may consider refund requests for unrendered services on a case-by-case basis, as described in the Terms of Service.

What tools or platforms do you use?
Discovery calls are typically held via video call (Google Meet or Zoom). Scheduling uses Google Calendar. Website and marketing work may use analytics, Search Console, hosting, and content tools as agreed in scope.
